Before and After
Job Overview
This West Hollywood project took us inside the Pacific Design Center for a full-scale storage space cleanout on behalf of Landmark Theatres. The task was clear: clear out old lobby furniture, display pieces, and leftover construction materials, and do it before the freight elevator shut down for the evening.
As you can see in the before-and-after photos, the storage rooms were packed with bulky furniture, stacked chairs, light fixtures, rolled carpet, glass pieces, and even a few barrels. These spaces are designed to hold overflow materials, but once they fill up, moving anything out becomes a challenge. Our Los Angeles junk hauling team was called in to empty the area completely so it could be repurposed.
Jobs at the Pacific Design Center come with unique timing and access challenges. Freight elevators run on strict schedules, and with large volumes of material to move, every load counts. That is why our commercial cleanout service in Los Angeles is built for efficiency, with crews trained to keep pace without cutting corners.
Our Approach:
- Broke down and removed oversized display fixtures.
- Hauled out stacks of chairs, lobby furniture, and shelving units.
- Cleared light fixtures, glass panels, and other fragile items with care.
- Loaded and removed construction debris, including wood panels and rolls of material.
- Coordinated multiple trips to meet the freight elevator cutoff time.
- Left the storage rooms completely empty and broom-clean.
