Before and After
Job Overview
This West Hollywood junk removal job focused on a tidy little patio corner where a table, a pair of chairs, and a pile of cardboard had gathered. From the photo, you can see everything arranged on a smooth concrete pad beside a stucco wall. The furniture looked lightly used but no longer needed, and the cardboard sat folded and stacked nearby, taking up more room than the homeowner expected. Our West Hollywood junk removal team handles these compact patio cleanouts often, especially in apartments and smaller homes where outdoor space is at a premium.
The table had a clean round top, and the chairs matched, set neatly side by side. The cardboard looked mostly dry and ready for recycling, which made sorting easier. West Hollywood courtyards and side paths tend to be tight, so the neat staging in the photo helped keep the pickup smooth. Since this stop fit well into our Los Angeles junk removal route, we were able to swing by quickly and load everything in one go.
What made this job unique was the simplicity of the layout. The furniture was placed close enough for quick lifting but not crowded against the wall. The cardboard was folded well, which kept the workflow steady and avoided stray scraps blowing around the property. The homeowner mentioned they were replacing the set with a sleeker style, and clearing the old pieces was the first step in reopening the patio.
Our Approach:
- Lifted and carried the table first, keeping it level to avoid tapping the wall or nearby railing.
- Stacked both chairs together and padded the contact points before loading them into the truck.
- Collected the folded cardboard, sorted clean pieces for recycling, and bagged smaller scraps for disposal.
- Gave the concrete pad a quick sweep so the homeowner could see the full open area again.
More From This Job
Once everything was loaded, the patio felt noticeably larger. Just open space, clean concrete, and room for the new setup to move in.
