When a South Pasadena landlord called us about a just-vacated unit, we knew it was going to be a full cleanout. The previous tenant had left behind furniture, appliances, office junks, and more. With new renters arriving soon, there was no time to waste.

What made this job unique was the sheer mix of items. We cleared out everything from a worn-out couch to various appliances, plus a full-size bed, and other e-waste. It was part junk haul, part clean sweep of everything that just needed to go.
